She was born in Tarbelah, Pakistan and after sudden death of father she had to move to her homeland Parachinar as her life was turned upside down. She only had her primary education due to circumstances and loss of her father. She got her inspiration from her mother who used to her knitting cross stitch and crochet which inspired her to express her feeling through cross stitch.
She stitches landscape and culture of Parachinar into cloth and some nostalgic imagination of her childhood such as absence of her father, how her world would be if her father was there.
