Evolution of Art Promotion

Peter Davies

‘I live just inside the border of North Wales (8 miles west of the City of Chester). I have been a keen photographer for many years, and I enjoy most genres of photography. I started my photography career back in the 1970s when I purchased a Praktica 35mm film camera. I tried various other brands of 35mm camera in the 1970s-1980s and I still own a few of them today. I do occasionally pop in a roll of 35mm film to journey back in time to how things used to be before digital cameras evolved. I moved over the digital photography in 2006 and I now own a Canon EOS 6D mkii that suits my needs. I am fortunate to live within travelling distance of the North Wales coast, the Wirral peninsula, and Cheshire, and so I am never short of places to visit with a camera in hand.’
