All artwork to be showcased physically must be hand delivered to the assigned venue. For digital showcase, high resolution images submission is sufficient.
There are no fees against the artist to be part of L.O.A.V.
All artworks pricing will include VAT, Insurance, Processing Fees, Repacking, Installation, Venue and Organisers fee. L.O.A.V will collect a commission on all sales to the assigned venue, as well as a percentage for the venue owners. This rule applies even if the piece sells via private contact, social media or an artist’s website.
Organisers’ discretion: Organisers may refuse any entry on the grounds of poor condition, oversize, unsuitability, damaged frame, etc. or the subject matter is not in compliance with the exhibition topic.
Limited Liability: Entries will be handled with all possible care, but artists submitting work agree to hold harmless L.O.A.V., their agents and employees from any claim of damage or theft that might arise from any cause whatsoever. Artists should arrange for proper insurance coverage for their work. Entry to the show constitutes agreement with all of the conditions stated above.
Waiver for Pictures Taken/Used: We document each L.O.A.V. exhibition/show with photographs. Entry into an exhibition/show with L.O.A.V. constitutes permission to photograph you and/or your artwork, and to use an image of your artwork in promotional materials for the exhibition and for the L.O.A.V event.
We reserve the right to remove items from an exhibition if we believe that they will cause offence or significant public concern is raised.
